Thank you for shopping with Mobi Next. We strive to provide high-quality mobile phones and accessories. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Cash Refund Policy
Mobi Next does not provide cash or bank refunds for any purchases. Once a product is sold, the payment is non-refundable.
2. Exchanges Only
We only offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
3. Warranty Claims
Products that come with a manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly through the authorized service center. Mobi Next will assist by providing necessary details if needed.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defects)
- Items without original packaging
- Accessories such as earphones, chargers, cables (unless defective at delivery)
5. Inspection Process
All returned items will be inspected. If the product does not meet our exchange conditions, it will be returned to the customer.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
